Is there a lot of walking involved?
At a leisurely pace, this tour spans a half mile. Please ask for a private tour if mobility is a concern.
Is the price of the tour inclusive of the cost of food?
The guided walking tour is included in your ticket. Simply offer the guide $30 in cash when you arrive, and the guide will take care of the rest, including covering your lunch at all four locations, thanks to our unique pay-as-you-go concept. Paying cash allows restaurants to provide more food for less money, so you don’t have to choose between quantity and quality.
Is there a charge for drinks on the tour?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are not featured, but all stops provide discounted adult beverages, with the exception of Pop Factory, which does not sell alcoholic beverages but does sell liquor-infused snacks.
What is the policy on rescheduling?
We are aware that plans can change. We provide a full refund or the option to reschedule up to 24 hours before the start of your tour. We would have incurred hard expenditures within 24 hours of your tour and so cannot enable free rescheduling or cancellation.
When should I arrive?
Prepare to arrive 15 minutes early. The trip begins promptly, and if you arrive late, you may not be able to catch up.
What if it starts to rain?
Our tours go on regardless of the weather. If we have to cancel due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund.
Are gratuities included in the price?
Although tips are not included, our guides always appreciate them. A gratuity is a terrific way to show your appreciation for your guide’s hard work.
